Up to three overnight stays, price goes up for 30 %.

Tourist tax

  • IV-IX: 1,50 € per person per day

  • I-III, X-XII: 1,00 € per person per day

  • IV – IX: Children 12 – 18 yrs. 0,75 €

  • I-III, X-XII: Children 12 – 18 yrs. 0,50 €

  • IV – IX: Children up to 12 yrs.: 0 €

  • I-III, X-XII: Children up to 12 yrs.: 0 €

Bookings

  • For booking, send:

  • Confirm booking through down payment (20 % out of total nights).

  • Bookings can be cancelled in writing:

    CANCELLING BOOKING

Down payment refund

In case of cancellation up to 60 days before the booking is active, full down payment is returned.
In case of cancellation up to 59 to 0 days before the booking is active, down payment is not refunded (applies to failure to appear as well).

FAILURE TO APPEAR

In case of non-appearance of the guest on the day of arrival, the apartment is kept until 12:00 the next day.

SHORT STAY

In case of late arrival or early departure, the full amount of the entire reserved period will be charged.

LATE DEPARTURE

In case of staying in the apartment after 10:00 on the day of departure, an additional night will be charged.
